Your Tanzania safari begins exploring the lush green Mt. Kilimanjaro foothills, with snow capped Mt. Kilimanjaro as your back drop; Journey westward to visit Lake Manyara; Continue your safari to experience the wildlife spectacle within Ngorongoro Crater; On to the ultimate safari destination - to watch big game (and small) in the world famous Serengeti eco-system; Continue west until you reach the shores of Lake Victoria; Leave your wheels for wings to fly east to your final destination - historic Zanzibar Island and the white sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean.

Tour Ref: WS - 5Day 1: Arrive in Kilimanjaro airport, transfer to the hotel for overnight (dinner can be arranged on request)
Day 2: Spend your day with a Chagga guide exploring the lush vegetation of the Kilimanjaro foothills. Experience the friendly Chagga community, visit waterfalls, caves and traditional artisans. Overnight in Marangu.
Day 3: Your safari driver/guide will join you in the morning to begin the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Arriving around lunch time, enjoy a picnic lunch before beginning your afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4: After breakfast, descend the steep sided track to the floor of Ngorongoro crater . Your morning game drive explores the crater while lingering to view the activities of the wildlife. After a picnic lunch, climb up the crater track to the lodge on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast begin the journey across the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to reach the Serengeti in the early evening. The drive offers many opportunities for wildlife viewing en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 6: Taking a picnic lunch, this is a full day wildlife viewing and exploring areas of the Serengeti. The game drive depends on the locations and activities of the wildlife. Early evening drive south to central Serengeti and the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Enjoy a full day game viewing within the Serengeti. The park is vast with many areas to explore. Your driver will brief you on the route for the day. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: An early start to the day with a dawn game drive, before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast drive through the western corridor to leave the Serengeti. Continue driving west to reach the Lodge on the shores of Lake Victoria in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Spend your day relaxing or request one of the activities the Lodge offers (not included) – canoe trip or motor boat cruise on the lake, mountain biking or bird walking.
Day 10: A morning taxi transfer from the Lodge to Mwanza airport to join your afternoon flight to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar airport you will be transferred to your Zanzibar beach resort.
Day 11 to Day 13: Zanzibar beach location
Day 14: Transfer to the airport to join your international departure flight or transit flight.
Your 4* or 5* Zanzibar beach resort accomodation provided by Green & Blue Resort (east coast) or Zanizibar Retreat (north coast).
